Tonight I might not be as defensive of MLF as last week 😬

Also agree with that last post, love made some plays that could/should of been some big chunk gains.

Depressing tonight

This one is the worst. The Eagles defence called the play out before we ran it.

MLF needs to give up play calling, he's seriously regressing as a caller and it's ****ing the team up.

It’s depressing stuff. Gute’s gone all in and LaFleur has shat the bed.

You’d think between him, Getsy and despite his job title you would ****ing hope Hackett is offering thoughts offensively (he was great with us remember, I know it was five years ago but still)

Great posts on Love. Don’t think he’s been problem and it’s kind of a ball knower thing if you go at him. I think he isn’t trusting the line right now and is a little shaky by the time he tries to start his progression he’s got guys in his face.

Next few weeks are going to be so interesting.

Not going to lie guys. Really wanted that win. Knew the offense had to show up going against Detroit out there and they did. Wicks finally made some big plays. Love played well and made some throws! Especially after missing melton early. but I also think having the WR’s not drop 8 balls also helps that. Lol

Anyone else surprised with how good Watson has come back from his injury? I mean looks like he hasn’t missed a beat? And I feel his hands have been way better than previously. Would love if reed comes back similar

Felt like we got a bit of a pass rush early and then kinda went missing. But can’t keep them down, showed up big last qtr. don’t care what the media says, parsons has been a coup. So disruptive.

Only thing i felt was I don’t mind going for it on 4th down to close the game. But if that was the case, why did we throw on third down? Run it, keep the clock moving down to 1.20 and then worst case go for it on 4th then?

Meh they deserve to feel how it loses by giving up a couple td’s on 4th down. 2 yeas ago they got 2. Touchdowns and some. Crucial plays on 4th down which won them the game. Happy weekend for us!

I had a pretty rough weekend. but it was so good to get that win.

I took my cat in for her summer groom the end of last week and something happened she went into a panic and started to open mouth breath breathing and some other stuff. went over to the vet for some tests and blood tests and found some treatable illness. friday afternoon/night wasnt eating and more quiet then normal. nothing better saturday morning so went back to the vet for more tests and had fluid on the lungs and what was looking like heart failure with it not beating normal on the ultrasound and x-rays. We were given a scenario of likely weeks at best. Over the weekend the breathing got better with some medications to help clear up the lungs but heart couldnt improve. and was still not eating and barely drinking so we had to have her put to sleep late yesterday afternoon.

But she got to watch one more win over the Bears with me yesterday morning and got to spend all weekend with her.

Im one of those crazy people who love their cats and family/friends would at times joke they are treated better then myself. my gf and i have never wanted kids but treated our cats like our kids.

Sorry to hear that, AD. My condolences to you and your misso.

Been in the same sitch, definitely don't wish it on anyone, even Bears fans. At least she spent her last days knowing she was loved and appreciated by you both.

Also how good was it to have Reed back and Watson still huge on 3rd down for Love. Especially since Kraft has gone down.

Musgrave starred showing some Kraft-like traits in the first half also, second half kind of reverted though. But if he can take the next step forward down the stretch, we could be looking great again.

Sorry to hear about that mate. I became a cat owner about 4 or 5 years ago and never thought I would but I absolutely love them and find them better than dogs really.

As for Green Bay, our biggest test is this week. Can't wait to see if we're up to it, because if we are, we are every chance here. Not going to pretend I haven't checked flight prices to LA for a potential Championship game trip.

an all too familiar loss today. first half was good should of been up more. 2nd half was a trainwreck that snowballed.
The game turned on the shot play. I dont understand why we called it. It flipped the game. gave Denver life when we had them on the back foot till then.

Our defensive gameplan was a disaster. all game we let Denver do what they wanted. they are a short/med pass team that targets the softer spots in LB zone and uses a heap of comebacks. we let them do it all game. didnt take the chances we had for INTs. missed so many tackles that set up 3rd and short rather then 3rd and 10+

Then the last 2 drives. Denver knew our OL was a mess and couldnt hold up and we kept calling basic plays that were easy to defend in a soft zone. partly because Watson was gone. Without Watson or Kraft we are a mess. Reed is still coming back. Doubs was invisible today, Golden has been banged up all year and we also never really have big year 1 impact from WRs going back years. Even Adams was slow to start.

Felt like a game we gave away by not playing smart and not taking the chances when they were given to us. It will cost us the division not that we would do much in the playoffs with the injuries this season.

and Tom hurt again. Brutal injury to Micha
Whyle also went down which hurts a but because Mustgrave still isnt it to cover for Kraft.

Still need to win a couple to qualify for the playoffs, but we wont be doing much.

Might not even be hyperbole.
Lost best pass rusher, best WR/Loves go to guy on 3rd down. best OL.

Sounds like they are thinking broken collarbone for Watson which Reed just came back from after missing 11 games.
Wyatt and Kraft already done for the year. Jacobs playing through a knee that feels like is a matter of time before he goes down now.

This might of been our best chance to win it if not for injuries. Jenkins and Gary will be cut/traded in March.

Just too much bad luck. even with 2010 having as much bad luck just cant see us getting hot like that and the OL is a wreck now down Jenkins and Tom.

Held the pass rush in check until late in the game. An absolute horrible day for us. Season most likely just slipped away. Big what could have been season. Parsons and mahomes on the same day late in a season is brutal

After time to let it sink in. and being ride or die with the team. Im not a seasons over guy right now. but the optimism of being able to win in the playoffs without some luck on our side is gone.

and we havent had luck all year.

Still the youngest roster in the league. but it feels like a good chance is slipping away from injuries and bad luck.

Yeah look. Definitely calmed down a bit from this morning. Was a shit feeling. Honestly as soon as Watson went down I thought game over, season changing. Then Micah goes down and there was just nothing else to say.

Honestly we were giving them the belt before the shot play. Matt loves calling them! Two drives in a row today, one last week that cost us momentum. Silly silly silly.

That first half from Love was the best he has played since the Cowboys playoff game. Elite elite Olay.

Herman is right, the 2021 Divisional loss is close, and 2020 Championship too. After a few hours 2021 was worse, that really stung.
However this is a really shit one. I had full confidence that we could have gone to LA and beaten them to get into the SB. So much of sport just comes down to luck and we haven't had it.

I'm excited to watch the guys play on next two Sundays. Matt seems to coach better in these situations and it will feel so great if we can beat the Bears this week but I don't really have any expectations for the rest of the season, just thankful to watch a team I love play every week.

Very deflating that game was, even before the injuries though, it wasn't looking like we were going to win it. I think they had scored TDs on their previous 2 or 3 possessions when things went belly up, and we just weren't getting enough pressure. Nix was a slippery little sucker, we almost had him numerous times, just couldn't finish.

Amazing that we still had a a few chances to win it so late in the game too, surprised there hasn't been more noise on Payton going for it on 4th down on their penultimate possession. That was stupid, and I hope he costs them a playoff win with such dumbassery.

Is the season toast?? No. But a lot of players need to step in and fill the void left by the injuries. I'm doubting we win many more games, probably Vikings, but Bears and Ravens will be tough. Still 50/50s though.

Let's just see how it goes, there's no expectations for the next three weeks...

I will just never understand the shot play call. We we just forced a 3 and out. Had the ball up 9 points 3mins into the 2nd half. Had the Broncos D on the back foot having scored all 5 possessions to that point. 1 play INT and give up a long TD drive with a couple of busts. Then we punt next drive for the first time all game and they score again.

Even if we scored it wouldn't of been a killshot up 16 early in the 3rd wasn't going to end the game.

The INT/shot play is the catalist for the game slipping away and just snowballed from there with bad plays or busts, injuries and mental errors.

Its not the first time. Once a game starts to snowball we just can't get a turnover or something to flip momentum back our way this season. Not a surprise we are towards the bottom of the league in getting turnovers. We have chances but not taking them this season.

X had a couple of drops yesterday. There was that deep pass where he made up huge ground and almost got it. 12 months ago luck was on our side and thats picked off and not incomplete. They finished that drive with a TD.

We still control our fate with the division. And even if we lose this week can get it with a bears loss to the 9ers or Lions. But would rather win and put the pressure on the bears to completely miss the playoffs.

In the past we are a team that responds backed up against the wall with everyone counting us out. Those wins are so much sweeter. Let's hope this week is one of them

Out of context it sounds bad. but we had just signed the Smiths the year before. Z had his 12.5 sack season. If we had known he would bitch about his back and wait till September to get surgery im sure we would of looked at Watt.

but Watt looked cooked his last couple of years at Houston. First year in Arizona only had 1 sack in 7 games with the shoulder injury.

If we could stop beating ourselves it would be nice.

every week we make it harder then it should be. Just about all 5 of our losses we were good enough to win but just made brutal mistakes. at least this one other then ST i cant put on coaching. A bunch of guys playing snaps that ideally wouldnt be might be a good thing if we can find a few players. like when we had a similar thing a few years ago and Enagbare popped up.

But once Micha went down it was on to 2026. was always going to be hard with Kraft and the injuries on the OL before defense got hurt.

Bears winning stings because f**k the bears. but im not worried about them if they needed OT to beat us today and a stack of luck.

Got 3-4 games left for the season to see if we can find some players. excited to see what Collin Oliver can do when he comes off IR because we need another edge for when we cut Gary. but OL and CB are the 2 biggest needs.

not sure we will get the job done next week with how our D plays mobile QB's so will need to beat the Vikings to get into the playoffs rather then have a rest week
