Well to all the posters in here that wanted Rozee to loose the captaincy I’m glad that Carr has reacted in this way backing him up.
Not that I’ve been a massive fan of Rozee’s but I’d rather see him in the job than the club give it to Butters in a sucking up gesture.

Carr is excited for what Whitlock and Ramm can do and it sounds like spots are available for them if they want it badly.

Both could be massive bargain recruits. Not everyday you find players over 200cm+ with their attributes.

Whitlock has always looked good to me, he moves well for his height.
Definitely believe he will be the steal of the draft.

Makes the Houston trade feel ok, if Whitlock becomes a gun… hopefully Berry too.

And I hope Ramm gets a game from R1. He showed enough to suggest he just needs regular AFL games to unlock his potential.

Was brilliant in either the internal trial or one of the preseason games last year. So it's obvious he has the talent. Not sure what happened during the season, probably got Hinkleyfied early on and couldn't recover from that

I don’t know. See how he goes this season we should have a better idea at seasons end what his ceiling is.
I’m hopeful not confident.

As was Sinn in his first Intra club before pinning his String - from memory.

I do believe these Kids with plenty of talent and ability will see a new lease on life under a fresh voice.

Everyone needs differing levels of arousal to perform at their very best, I think Rozee, Georgiadies, Marshall, Aliir, Rat and Butters have all found their optimal anticipation levels and receiving feedback under Ken, no need to reinvent the wheel there, however with a bit of confidence, maybe some tough love, whatever Carr, Dew, Collins, Reeves and the new voices bring to the group will see more players rise a peg or two.

What a f____g pleasure it is to listen to a coach with a brain. Someone that can make English sentences. Someone that shows they are considering things in some depth, and who actually has a philosophy rather than "Hardery, longery. what time are the dogs running?"
