Mervyn keaneWhere would he sit all time as the most underrated 3 time premiership player?
I have seen all of both players games and have not seen a great talent difference as yet. I’d reserve that comment that Gibcus has massive talent advantage over Gray, until there has been a lot more evidence to substantiate this.Really ?
Both HKTiger & Caeser have mentioned Gibcus has not missed a session and looking huge and very good
Gray was criticized just last week for not hitting targets and looking lost but had a great hitout and looed fantastic the last training session. But Gibcus has looked fantastic since they came back.
There is a massive talent difference between the 2 players

Or all 4 could play 75% game time.Indeed. All 4 look worthy of playing, but only 3 will. Then there is Broad as well. Which is why the wing might be worth looking at.
We have had some really good nobodies. Broady and Townsend in this era. Merve Keane, Laurie Fowler and Paul Sproule before them.Mervyn keane

The good part about gray is he is young hungry and really wants to make itI really like Gray, but he remains a fairly rustically skilled footballer at this stage. He may be now reaping the benefits of a second pre-season and hopefully continues filling in some of the blanks in his armoury.
Gibcus is total class. There is a pretty obvious gap between these players if we are judging by the best we have seen so far from both.
Back pocket plumberBlue collar legend...
What have we seen from Gibcus that puts him above Gray? I actually thought Gray in his couple games was better than Gibcus. Don’t get me wrong I have high hopes for Gibcus but on the small body of work we’ve seen from both there is no clear cut evidence that Gibcus is better. That's.... Concerning
Gibcus showed elite levels of talent. Not sure that is true of Gray. he looks good and could hold a position. If both come on really well then we have a great headache.I have seen all of both players games and have not seen a great talent difference as yet. I looked up stats for Gray v Gibcus and they’re almost identical, if you need to split them Gray has slightly/minutely better in the small sample size we have available.
both will be delisted within 2 yearsGray looked good when he came in, reads the play well. Gibcus is also good.
Can’t we just be happy?
Both have skinny necksboth will be delisted within 2 years

Oh yes. Mervyn was similar to Broad in that he was no frills, disciplined, tough, brave and rarely if ever beaten in finals.Mervyn keane
