Seriously ? In the next email they will be asking for donations , I know the club has supporters from MANY cultures , why is it easy to wish some cultures happy Diwali, Ramadan etc and yet ignore the clubs roots which are Roman catholic and my guess is the majority of supporters are of Christian persuasion , it feels like they take us for granted and are afraid to upset the minorities whilst ignoring the majority .

And you're entitled and correct in not thinking it's stupid. Both viewpoints can be true at the same time as they're just that. Viewpoints of two differently firing sets of neurons. Neither have any actual bearing on the laws of physics or any other such things that keep things going.

And that's why I think it's silly, the Tigs are a massive part of my life and I care deeply about the club, but outside of my own bubble, whether they tweet something or not isn't going to change the world and wasting any of my energy on it would be a waste personally ironically enough I'm wasting a good amount of time on it anyway lol I'm not perfect.

As for what issues just the general state of division and tension between perceived sides that actually have more in common with each other than the one or two issues they are opposed on. The state of debate or discussion is shithouse lately from all fronts. We have a ****ing wonderful country in terms of the land and critters and sometimes it feels like small group of people would rather put that at risk so others can come and take resources that the Australian public don't see enough benefits or returns on in any meaningful way. I think social media is holding us back, I know I'm on it now but I only use BF and reddit to get IDs on bugs I've snapped, but if I wasn't on any I wouldn't know about this tweet issue so more the fool I. I could go on, the world has, is and will be a shemozzle as long as we find ways to keep the division between us. I sound like a free love hippy but until we can all come together we aren't going to do anything of worth.
