I see, you may be right it could be someone in the BF structure making a point.
Those redactions in the Epstein files are laughable and another indication of what is wrong with the US Administration. Surely the majority of US citizens can see that the system is broken? Is it that they do not want to see or are just too dumb?

They see it, but what is there to do? Anti protest measures are becoming more and more draconian. Beyond the military actually refusing trump's illegal orders and a full scale revolution, what can they do? Trumpet has stacked the supreme court in his favourite, basically breaks law (including international law) without threat of consequence.
The democrats had their chance post Jan 6th to imprison the traitor and fluffed it. Now they're screwed.

The big chance for the anti Trumpers are the mid terms. If enough Democrats get out and vote there is every chance the Democrats will regain control of Congress and the Senate. If that happens there may be some restraints on what Trump can get away with.

After a couple of hours of news reports last night and long before Trump and co's presser I came to the conclusion the CIA would have been heavily involved on the ground, they would have gotten close to Maduro's guards with bribes paid, given how shitty things are in Venezuela, maybe some very close to him and it sounded all too clean. Cyber attacks would have been involved as well.
Watching Trump's presser where he went on about shooting and how amazing it all was I felt yeah that's spin, and the work was really done on the ground long before last night and the special forces probably weren't faced with much resistance.
A colleague sent me this about an hour ago. I can't work out who this youtube channel has been set up by, but this all sounds like classic CIA MO and have diversionary strikes to blow up things that had nothing to do with the main mission, but distract the defence forces to go and concentrate on the areas attacked and leave the president under protected.
The full truth isn't in this video and neither at the presser last night.
I'm not sure any court case in the US will be as clear cut as what Trump said. But some of his / USA's spin does allow Putin to go kidnap Zelensky and Xi to kidnap President Lai Ching-te of Taiwan with the similar arguments.
