Bad luck Wests. We tried hard in both games, but didn't get enough runs on the board in either game. Some positive signs in both matches though with Tarkyn_24 scoring a superb century in the one-day game and DenieD playing a nice cameo at the end of that innings, too.

In the test match, Headless was our best with a half century then a century across both innings, ably supported by serial_thrilla's half century in the second dig with cooney and tgrs amongst the wickets in the first innings with the ball.

Plenty to build on heading into our round two fixtures.
