What a crazy fall from grace for this team.

Gone from odds on super bowl favourite and basically considered the benchmark when it comes to being a well run organisation. To this disfunctionional rabble that leaks internal squabbles against itself and can't even communicate with their QB about if he's healthy enough to play in 24 hours time.

I've been saying this for a few years


I don't know how you fix it, but the team consistently seems ill-prepared, makes unforced errors and fail to make corrections in real time that everyone else can see.

9 min to go, up by 3 and Henry is on the bench for Keaton Mitchell and we punt away... He was averaging 7 yards per carry, and had just scored. Just mind boggling.

I get he has had some fumbles, but there have been a couple of games this year in which we should have used him to drain the clock and didn't.

Too many dumb mistakes, i'm now conceding that we need a fresh voice. I get Harbs has been great... but To be Superbowl favorites multiple years, and then consistently fall so short has to land on him.

Monken has to go as well. You can't have Henry and Lamar and blow that many double digit leading 4th quarters.

Orr im not sure of. Last 2 seasons we have looked horrible in the first 6 rounds and then Been strong defensively in the back half, need more personnel.

Doubt we're keeping any coordinators around if we've moved on John.

Way too early but I think my top 3 candidates are all defensive guys

• Jesse Minter (Chargers DC) - already has a Baltimore connection having been an assistant before he joined Mike MacDonald at Michigan, and clearly is also a very focused guy who teaches well
• Brian Flores (Vikings DC) - would need to figure out if he's learned that he can't just replicate Bill Belicheck's management style, but otherwise I seemed like he was doing a good job as Dolphins HC before he owner decided to tank for a QB
• Jeff Hafley (Packers DC) - I've only ever heard good things about him and the way he speaks/handles himself. Robert Mays (from The Athletic Football Show), has been effusive when discussing Hafley as a potential HC more than once in the last 6 months

The next step down are probably guys like Chris Shula (Rams DC) and Klint Kubiak (Seahawks OC)

I like him as well. Stefanski definitely has a great rep for getting the most out of the cards he was delt but as I saw Jeff Zrebiec the Athletic's Raven insider say. " I can't see the fanbase being in love with the decision to hire the guy the Browns just fired"

Jeff said not to count out the Notre Dame College coach Freeman. He apparently spent a fair bit of time at the Ravens facility last offseason and has connections with the team owner Steve Biscotti or however you spell it.

The other point I heard being made regarding Minter.

He's basically from the Harbaugh coaching tree. We'd be hiring him from John's brother Jim. How accommodating are Jim and the Chargers going to be to allow Minter to build his staff when they have such obvious connections to John.
