If you find out today about some horrible stuff that happened a decade ago, that doesn't mean you can't criticise what's happening now.

Just reading some US Social Media threads about People of colour, especially Latino having taken up carrying US passports or copies of their visas with them at all times to prove they have legal residence in the US

Remember when Dutton was Minister for Himeland Security and he issued the edict that Border Patrol could wander the streets of Melbourne detaining people that could be illegal vusa over stayers?

Until the brainfart was withdrawn, a few Asian and Indians I know were going to do the same thing

Did Dutton learn from them of they learn from Dutton?

The next person who tags me about it or brings the issue up, I’ll provide year by year stats since 2000 of deaths and abuse, and I’ll grab their opinion on the overall treatment of immigrants held in ICE detention, and their thoughts on the administration at the time.

Then we’ll see who is genuinely concerned about the issue at hand.

Given Trump's Gestapo publicly execute citizens in broad daylight for documenting peacefully, given they abuse children in broad daylight, I can only infer they've killed children and wiped out whole families behind closed doors and away from the cameras.

If they're willing to lie about executions that are CLEARLY on camera and 100% obvious, there's plenty of heinous stuff they're doing now they're not telling you about. Does ICE have an internal affairs or is it actually closer to Gestapo?
