We have come along way since the SOS slammed his brief case BS and the entire Gibbs era
Think he has done reasonably well for us over recent years
It will be interesting to learn his replacement

Dunno how to feel about this one, really helped turned the list around over the last few years. Got a good mix of good recruits whilst still retaining some decent picks.

Definitely grew into the role

Some bloopers early
Got much better and some very shrewd pick trades

The long term clunker contracts dried up too (to a degree)

It's mostly the younger, sought-after players getting longer deals now rather than us rewarding tenure

Picked up some big names via trade

Left the list in a decent spot

Word I've heard is Vozzo was a bit burnt by how we was treated with the CEO role and holds a bit of a grudge now.

Just a thing the keep in mind, Justin Reid did the role from Melbourne

The club would not be afraid to hire someone who lived in Melbourne. Doesn’t have to be a local or get someone to move to Adelaide
