I was already well aware the Bombers have a few highly active posters with presences large enough to poll well but lack the wit or creativity to be a true contender.

I've spent half my working day reading the Epstein subreddit. My favourite bit so far is Jerry Seinfeld asking if he could come over to Epstein's island for "lemonade".

Must be some ****ing AMAZING soda for Jerry to plan a vacation around it lmao.

I never found it laugh out loud funny, but last year I decided to actually watch the show in its entirety, and I could see why it had the popularity it did.

I just realised you’ve now chalked up 30 seasons on here!

That’s quite a feat.

No wonder memory fails you, but we’re nothing if not here to help.

It didn’t always used to be this way, as you’d know.

Social media has changed substantially over the years. Havin’ a larf has no doubt been a constant, but somewhere along the way it became more attractive to have a giggle at someone else’s expense.

Antagonism fuelled the competitive urge, adding a pinch of salt to the appetisers.

But that didn’t suit everyone, and in time a new kind of creativity emerged as writing longhand became exhausting and was outsourced to shady characters on the nightshift.

So in answer to the question of what you’re meant to do, perhaps it is time we reclaim the zeitgeist and redefine the questions that we want answered?

In the meantime …

… enjoy the ride.

Not sure if it's a good thing, but I quite enjoyed the off season.
