I will still never understand why flogs think living in Lockdown was such a hardship/infringement on human rights ?

Ask any surviving octogenerian relative what it was like in Australia during the World Wars/Great Depression years and things like food rationing ?

Who would want to fight in the trenches with anti vax/lockdown like Chronz who would cut and run at at the first sign of trouble.

I have had/been through some really dark.shit/troubled times and years in my life, and yeah, i do call out anti vax fools and flogs who thought living through Lockdown was some kind of torture/ordeal.

In the past few years, sections of my familes original home town in Lebanon goes without electricty and fresh water for weeks/sometimes months at the time.

Some campaigners just don't appreciate how good we have it had all our lives in this country. #rantover

I was screaming "I just want to dance!" out of the window of my attic every single night during lockdown. It was an incredibly harrowing time for me. It triggered ancestral memories of living under Stalin's USSR. Every night I had reccuring dreams that Pappa Gutwein was forcing us curfew-breakers, who would sneak out to the local dance hall of a night to listen to rock and roll music, into forced labour camps to build the Macquarie Point Stadium out of the bones of all the antivaxers and those who were a little late to get their fourth booster. We were very proud of our bone stadium though.

I was no Larry Bird, but was okay at Hoops as a kid, a lot better at sokkah though.

Anyhow in the interests of bay harmony (and for unintentionally upsetting a poster i do like in TheGoatBaron) i apologise for my rather insensitive and frankly ignorant and idiotic views about the lockdown.

Had no idea how hard/difficult and painful it was for some people here, instead of backing down, i foolishly had a brain fart and just on posting crap like trying to fight Joker and try look like a big shot.

And i haven't had a drink today either. I was selfish and thoughtless and do feel genuinely sorry and upset with myself for how i treated Baron and Chronz this afternoon.

I don't blame anyone for being pissed at me right now, just hope i can one day win back the respect of Chronz and Baron. I likely was mean to Jazny too, so apologies to her too.

I have learnt one thing, never to be flippant or dismiss the affects of the lockdown again.

You may think this is a phony/fake apology, but i generally feel shit by what i posted and the hurt it caused. And i take full responsibilty.
