I know my obligated duty back in the day as AE Commish '07-18 to have ALL prize monies PAID either soon after comp/s declared winner OR AT LATEST before Wildcard play-offs started in every season I was the funds collector. Anyone can vouch for my promptness. Very disappointing that it's early March and payouts is an issue here.

Woodson always got the job done, was an absolute guru for a long time here.

How much money has old mate pocketed out of curiosity.

samFFC

this ain't cool bro.
Unfortunately samFFC wasn't a AE subscriber under my reign. So I can't disclose info upon him. He loses all credibility here which tarnishes my alias name as the CR has been branded. So nobody has crossed paths with him in person? tssk tssk tssk.

I made several efforts to reach out to the AE members one way or another. Fuey can recall getting an invite to a SB gathering where the home made spicy sauce or was it the meat, was abit much that you had to smother it with almost half a loaf of sliced bread. Chism highly recommended the butcher. No outlay by those who attended any of the SB BBQ'S except BYO specific drinks.

Thank you. I have to owe you a apology that still haunts me to this day about my silly sense of humor I may have offended you at the time with a throw away (Wizard of Oz pic) line BECAUSE I was totally shocked that you didn't stick with your beloved Cardinals after a stunning UPSET win.. I did shake the cage on others as well and seem to regret it afterwards. Redragger visited me at the Anglers Tavern where I was running the TAB & BAR. Not sure what happened with him a couple years later (AWOL) after his b2b titles of the 3XKO.

A. I had just over $30k total turnover over the 12 seasons.. same exact dollar for dollar amount outgoings.
NOTHING WAS DELAYED in payouts unless the banking details were yet to be confirmed (one week max but mostly all prize winners got their payouts with a 24-48 hour turn around)

84 was the max season entries in one given season @ $40 = $3360. I didn't pocket anything as it was subscriber financed. If I put on bets from my own pocket during the season, it was on me to still do my duty.

Does anyone know him outside of the forum. i guess we have his name because of sending the money in paypal.
Zero excuses for paypal receipts. Those who paid paypal got paid back in paypal funds. That was instant payout.

Hey samFFC any update on this?

Is samFFC aware that when collects funds he SHOULD declare the pool in an account?
I had a police officer participate in the AE for a few seasons. He personally arranged to meet me at one of the venues I officiated back in the day to check me out. I had no issues declaring my AE funds in a separate bank account (bugger all interest) collected that he stayed and participated for a few season afterwards.

I'd lodge a follow up with Paypal enquires. Poor form to not respond by now.

FWIW, I'm not assuming he's done a runner, not really a sum to do a runner with from memory, $10 per person. And something serious may have happened, benefit of the doubt should be given...

BUT there's two days difference between his last appearance and DA's first reminder, so he would've seen the alert. That's the disappointing thing, he had the opportunity, even if something serious has happened.

I've noticed that he often disappears for a long stretch of time but always returns. I've had online dealings with him outside of BF, and as I said above, he goes for long stretches of time then returns. I'd say it's something work related. However, as Fuey said above, it's bad form to decide to go just when the AE season is completed and prize money has to be allocated out.

So pool was $340

$200 should go to Mojo for winning CR
$105 shared to demonic mojo and cygnus for survivor
$35 to demonic for DZE

Have i got my maths right??

Pretty much

$204 should go to Mojo for winning CR
$102 shared to demonic mojo and cygnus for survivor ($34 each)
$34 to demonic for DZE

But it all seems moot as samFFC seems to have disappeared and done a runner. It's pretty sad because this could be the end of AE as people won't trust the comp next season - I'm willing to co-ordinate it next season and will pay out as soon as the season is finished but will have to see if people are willing to do it again 😞
