That's the thing. That suggestion is what everyone who is holding to the position "the Minab school strike couldn't have been a rogue Iranian rocket" is going with. I'm not hamstrung by that claim. It may be that they didn't send a coordinated effective response before then but it's too far fetched to believe that 150,000 IRGC personnel plus 350,000 Artesh failed to fire a single shot in anger in all of that time.

Take it up with Trump then. He said it was a malfunctioned Iranian missile but now he is saying Iranians have Tomahawks and so do other countries so it might have been them. Get him to present his evidence.

You have to admit Iran is trying desperately hard to push the narrative it was a US missile rather than just allow events to play out as a matter of course (see below). This makes me suspect it was one of their missiles that went rogue (probably as a result of jamming by the US). Obviously if US jamming Iranian ordinance caused it to go off target then technically the US is still at fault.

I do agree, countries that bomb schools frequently state that the central problem isn't that they dropped a bomb, where a school was, but that the school got moved, under the bomb. Sometimes years before the bomb arrived. Sneaky sneaky people.
