Every organisation sets goals that aren’t always met over a five-year period. Doesn’t mean you sack them. If in five years we are always at the top end, I would take that to begin with.

This is just my gut feel with how things may play out but i feel like Yze will get sacked at the end of 2027.
If not he will be under immense pressure without a breakout year.

I could be pleasantly surprised if this doesn't happen but with how our injury list is mounting we are in for a 2-4 win season with 17th or 18th place sewn up.

The pressure will start to build in 2027, the old warriors will have another year of trying to hang in there while we simply won't have enough exposure for the likes of Hotton, Smillie, Cumming, Armstrong to be able to produce 4 quarter efforts at AFL level so soon (let alone the others who currently are on the park getting good exposure).

I cannot see us winning more than 5-6 games in season 2027 and if the season tampers off with tired legs that's when the jungle drums will start beating hard on Yze's poor W/L track record.

He deserves to see the rebuild through. People don’t like that, and I don’t care. If they have a plan that is with him in it. Draft this year and hopefully luck with injuries.

As organisations do they are people driven. Good strong people. Astbury was a contributor and he is back at the club

Dunne, yze and Nank are a pale imitation. Taranto or Lalor are needed.
Gale had 75k members and no debt as part the plan.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it a match selection committee? Is it all on Yze re our slow midfeld mix? And don't forget it was Dimma dreaming of another flag that landed Hopper and Taranto on long contracts..

This year has been average so far. But last year we did probably exceed expectations, and won some games that showed heart and a good culture. Give Yze a bit more of chance before you put a line through him.

No, mate. He was one of the two new sausages bought by chef Hardwick to compliment the old sausages. So, he can have another go at winning a fourth culinary award. But the recipe didn’t work. It was the 1000th one by the way. He said so, during his quitting press conference. After this, Chef Hardwick took his Alexandra and headed to his new Alexandria, at Gold Coast.

Hopper is treated like a dynasty sausage because we persuaded him that chef Dimma would stick around and would keep cooking until he gets the recipe right. But chef Dimma did a runner. So, the Richmond big shots feel guilty for misleading him. And keep playing him, though currently he is completely crap. We have a general elevated sensitivity about how we treat our established sausages at Richmond.

PS: I forgot to mention that bringing Taranto and Hopper in was sanctioned by the great man himself, Brendon. If Brendon harms or disadvantages your career in some way, he will make up for it, through his intermediaries. In this regard, Brendon is an upstanding citizen. Which may not be a bad thing, anyway.
