On a personal level I don’t really care about whether another club is winning or not but I definitely do understand the need to have the competitive for their commercial viability.

I’m just frustrated at how much support the northern states have gotten for such a sustained period tbh.

Archer Reid has been mentioned. Would be a loss.

Yup, never rebuild at the same time as an expansion. Usually a bad time.

The rebuild is already on its way, just look at the recent drafts and the fact that Merrett is our oldest player.

We are just at rock bottom of it right now. I think the thing that annoys me the most is that we finally get a decent FS coming (Koby Bewick) and after the suns and lions have been kissed in the dick with FA, Academies and FS the AFL finally decide to do something about it.

Frustrating, but is what it is!

Nah bugger that. Ive always been of thinking that the roof wasn't that crucial.

Turn it into a home ground advantage, the qld team have it when it's hot, especially gc in Darwin. Why not let the tassie players, who will be toughened up by the cold soon enough, have a juicy advantage?

Its all moot anyway I suppose, the stadium will have a roof. Eventually
