I wouldn’t say Nyah were that amazing they just look way more dangerous now they have so many top liners which they haven’t had in the past.
Woorinen wouldn’t be happy with how they played

Looking forward to see how they go against Eagles and Tooley if they all have full sides. Those three seem to have recruited the best by all accounts.

It was good to see Hay and Wandella colts get wins against stronger clubs. Hay defeating Koondrook and Wandella defeating Kerang.

Brandon Gardiner from Thomson has joined up with MacLeod at Balranald. Another new player they have listed this week is a N.Wilson, don't know where he came from but after last weeks drubbing they need all the help they can get and they are missing a few of their new signings. Last week they had 4 juniors backing up in the seniors. Could be a close game with Boga.

He has played one full season at Mallee Eagles under Macleod previously and the best part of two years in the seniors for Thomson. If he can get a game there in the seniors then the CMFL shouldn't pose a problem. May not be a star but certainly capable at CMFL level.

Certainly a rip snorter only soured by some dubious umpiring decisions, one umpire which I’m told is connected heavily to the eagles was plucking them from the heavens. Also if the eagles are paying hosking what I’m hearing then they need their heads checked. Was well beaten by Gardner in the ruck.

An incident from the Mallee Eagles vs Woorinen game on the weekend with some indecent comments that allegedly came from a Mallee Eagles spectator towards a Woorinen player in the dying seconds of Saturdays game.

The comments can be quite clearly heard in the video replay on the Central Rivers website. The league are currently investigating the incident.

Side has an early season loss and trots this rubbish out. If they stopped dropping F bombs on the sideline rubbishing the decisions on the replay they'd see the 2 on 1 that shepherded out the only eagle in the contest, they'd see the tackle where olmate did a full 360 looking for an option and got done for holding the ball, so on, so forth. There were frees missed, frees paid. Not sure what the 50 was for, lip maybe?
Then an eagle supporter to call out some woora player like a hero, can't have some moral high ground if you supported the previous coach as a person.

It’s pretty pathetic to be honest. Not really appropriate on the sidelines of a local footy game you wouldn’t think pal.

Exciting game of footy, lalbert probably the best side for 3 of the 4 quarters. Woorinen a lot better than the previous week but I think they still need a bit more. Once tooleybuc and eagles gel a bit more and hit their straps later in the year it will be a very competitive top 4 or 5 I feel.

Sorry but After watching the last quarter replay I can see why tigers supporters weren’t happy. Some absolute howler decisions all going against woorinen with more than a couple directly resulting in goals. Some are laughable, even players from both sides can’t help but laugh.

Did Woorinen put in the complaint like I’ve heard has happened or is that all horse shyte? Who were the umpires with the links to Lalbert? I only listened to the 3SH call and they even commented on a certain free kick to Post where players involved had no idea what it was for?
