I heard Guerra was cosying up too much to the AFL as longer term he wants in on the AFL house gravy train - viewed the Dees job as a stepping stone and acted like it. Also he came back and asked for more money and a car after agreeing to terms initially.

Didn't suggest to defend him, dgaf about him. Just finding it interesting that in some of our most recent high profile sackings/movings on a lot of stuff about the party we're getting rid of leaks out at a faster rate and paints the board in a more favourable light

I reckon the board have been pretty squarely slammed for the hiring of Guerra and it being a big mistake, but I can understand even more now given our history of leaks that we've got rid of him.

Btw didn't Caro say last week that we offered Guerra a 6 month pay out already? Now she's saying that's what Guerra is demanding? Unless we've sacked him with cause (which doesn't appear to be the case) then wouldn't he just be paid out the remainder of his contract which is about five or six months anyway?

Don't remember exactly what she said last time, but had heard Guerra had a 12 month contract, hence why him going for a 6 month payout is a news story.

Dunno what his exact pay would be but feel like if it's the difference between a 5 month payout and a 6 month payout it probably isn't worth the time and money of taking it to court.

100% behind the board in his sacking after hearing all the media cronies say what's been going on. Sounds like he was a disaster. Hope we fight paying him 6 months pay. F* that guy. I did find the interim of the interim thing funny. Very odd having Caro on our club's side for a change.

Bizarre thing, King even admitted after the game how dangerous Rosas can be as he's coached him and that he's been killing it lately. Yet didn't have a plan to keep someone tight on him to the point Rosas had no idea who his opponent actually was lol. Definitely a big contributing factor to the loss unfortunately. I mean if we were trying to exploit him defensively, it didn't work clearly as CJ only had a dozen possessions and got caught out several times. Kingy has to take some responsibility here

What tripe are you talking about exactly? The bizarre s* Guerra was doing against the boards wishes? Including saying we want to play an extra home game in the NT? Which again, went against what the board wanted the club to do. Jeopardising the Caulfield base which by the sound of Caro talking isn't far off. I don't know, tripe to you, but maybe not tripe to others i guess. But hey, I'm a graduate of the Bovine University, so wtf would i know..
