Grimes was a rookie list pick. Less investment.
Ended up okay

Drafting injury prone players. .. Trainor had concussion concerns and has been good. Hotton and One of the kid KPFS injured?
Can't remember
Grimes was pick 2 in pre season draft

Dunne on talking tigers said we're exploring every option, across the world for specialised assistance. Fairly unique quad issue he thinks
He also thinks the grounds fine and we've "Just had a bit of bad luck" ..

Hes all PR speak. Classic YMCA background

I'm sure he's not just going off vibes to be making a comment like that.
It's not too difficult or expensive to get tests done to validate what problems there are with the ground being too hard or soft.

Especially now that it had been flagged as a potential issue it would be a PR nightmare if it came out that it was in fact an issue after he made these comments at this point

Especially on something like the clubs own podcast that they have complete control over what goes through to the final edit, if there was a chance he was lying it would of never been said in the 1st place or at least never made it post edit

According the Smilies good friend this is also what wants surgery on both. Plus won’t play this season. And is likely to seek medical help overseas.

Surgery has shown it does nothing, a tear just pops up elsewhere as soon as he ramps it up
Kid needs a good rest to let his growing body heal and yoga to give his muscles the necessary blood flow

FREE advice from me and Google AI

Pool running, or aqua jogging, strengthens legs omnidirectional resistance that is roughly 800 times denser than air.

Because water acts as a form of natural resistance training every stride requires greater muscular engagement than running on land.

Constant Resistance: your muscles fight against resistance with every stride, strengthening the quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

That medical help overseas should have already happened. Right thing to do, though. With the right people working with him we will get on top of this.

Who needs a strength and conditioning department when we could just be Googling it?

16 rounds remaining, do you think there goal is to play him this year?

he wont play a game . ever

Spoke to a sports doctor last night, i mentioned whats been going on with Smillie and he said basically its almost certainly got to do with his growth spurts.... the muscles stretch meaning they are far more susceptible to injury and reinjury. He basically said until his body stabilizes height wise he will keep having issues.

He also did say that he reckons he will still be able to have a long healthy career once this passes
