Max Gawn said it how it is this morning.

More than half the season left, players are going to be playing for themselves and as a captain I would be worried because I would have no control over human nature of self preservation...

Don't worry about a game plan, get ready for individual highlights and low lights....

So, business as usual?

Interesting Fraser got the interim job over Hansen who has spent the best part of 5 years as senior assistant.
Had to be Fraser IMO. Hansen has been there the entire time Voss has - he is just as much to blame. He couldn't take over from here based on that alone, IMO.

Fraser next obvious choice given he is currently demonstrating an ability to successfully coach a side plus is unburdened by having come in to the club only recently.

Based on what Davies said, I think we can put to bed any thought Voss had lost the players (however that was already pretty clear from the way we were playing).

Ability to implement a gameplan based on transition and effective disposal seems to be the key issue (and consequently, lack of wins).

Priestly emphasised that the board and his job is to create an environment for Wright and Davies, as football people, to do their jobs. Seems clear they will have a lot of control over the search for a new coach, as they should.

You know what.... I think that could actually be good for this group.

When they play freely and and on instinct, they can be very good. It's when they start to over-think that they freeze up and play terribly.

Maybe it isn't the worst thing for our players to simply go out there and play and think of nothing else other than just what their instinct is telling them.

Could pay off nicely next year with a better system/ game plan, should some of them get some much needed confident without the fear of making a mistake.

It was likely the reason he was re-hired because they planned for this post last season...was always going to be interim...if not full time

CD is by far our most effective communicator: concise, direct, and straight to the point. No unnecessary detail, just clear messaging. A+ performance.
Did you miss Wright's near slip? Referred to Chris Davies as "CD"? Could have sworn he was about to say "C4".

Is it a coincidence that D is the 4th letter of the alphabet? Me thinks not...

is your comment 1st hand ?

No, aside from little indicators in the presser. Answers about game plan and different players coming in.
