Just for you.
Last night in the cardio area no music on and a bunch of people having social chats while doing cardio.
If you're laughing you're not working hard enough
Here's a non PT related things that s**t me.
there's a driveway along a row of factories to get to where my gym and its car park is
Tradies seem to think that parking in a row in that driveaway to turn it from a two way access point to a one way access point is acceptable
so you end up with...
Yep I found my old gym wasn't working so I took a break and did some other stuff and started looking for a new place.
Found one that's much better and it makes going a lot easier
Left it, I was halfway through my sets when I even noticed as it wasn't the first free rack, was the one next to me.
Plus there was waaaay more weight on that bar than the one I was using and I'm only just getting back into doing stuff, I'm cooked enough from doing my own workout and loading and...
The obsession with techno and the water fountains not having the drink bottle tap are my only issues so far.
Did see a loaded bar left in a squat rack but there were plenty of others free
Slow eccentrics are brutal but as far as I recall have shown a lot of positives.
Good example being doing negatives to build up to pull ups.
Same with physio for Achilles tendonitis, it's often slow lowering down from your toes to work and stretch the calf.
I'm a massive arsehole, its just a big place and I've not been there when its super busy so no issues so far.
Haven't noticed a PT or group session hogging s**t either
give it time and I'll be like my preferred squat rack was being used and I had to use one of the other five empty ones
I mean it doesn't have to be success as in win.
Completion might be a better word. Finishing something important, that thing you focused on is done.
It makes sense that the end of that could impact you.
