Give up or limit alcohol and get up and do your morning work out at 4.30am before work. Never thought I could do this consistently and never understood people who could do it. It’s a hard slog at times but coming home from work and doing whatever you want to end the day is a good feeling.

That was me. He’s there for the likes but everything he says is spot on. So many fads and diets out there and foods that you shouldn’t eat. Simplifies it because you can eat those foods as long as you’re not a fat campaigner and go too far 😂 Calorie counting again is key.
