I've noticed our players have a really bad habit of not getting off the mark quick enough.They tend to stay there and look for an option. But when the opposition player stands the mark quickly they are forced to finally take a few steps back and by the time they are ready to kick the opposition defence is set up. Its like they are being coached to do it.
