I want to win it this year and i'm confident this can be done.

Now i don't know if i'm subconsciously managing my expectations BUT if we were to lose to the dockers i would be more than happy for them to beat the eagles in the GF.

my monday morning thoughts.

I'm very nervous about this freo game and dare i say "i have a bad feeling about this!":o :o :( :(

I'm actually feeling quietly confident. I don't know whether that's a good or bad thing. I hardly ever feel confident before games. I think it'll change on Friday morning though.. that's when the nerves will really start to kick in.

Do the Crows not exist then?

Been nervous since Freo won the game against the Demons. I'm nervous, but i don't time to be nervous. But to me, i reckon feeling confident is a bad thing, everytime i'm confident, they lose [Geelong Game], so i'm keeping my feelings to a minimum. I can't help it but i think we have to prepare for the worst... i swear. I feel very uneasy!

yeah I constantly have that "butterflies in your stomach feeling" and can't stop thinking or reading the tabloids about the swans. this feels like the longest week of my life, constantly worried about Freo and the what if scenarios "what if Farmer takes a matchwinning mark?", what if Hallsy banana kicks and misses to the left?" ok I just wanna show everyone that the swans did not fluke a premiership:mad: sick and tired of everyone going on about that

what if hall takes a match-winning mark? What if farmer misses a straight set shot from 35 out? :p

You know, I am not even nervous.

I am not sure we can win the grand final, but if we turn up on friday night we WILL beat Fremantle, no matter what they throw at us.

If we can shut them down stop probably Bell, Farmer, Sandilands and Pavlich its all over and I am confident we have the ability to do that.

yeah we can shut them down but they said on the news recently that they need TWO blokes to shut down the Goodes train :D LOL

I see a lot of similarities betwen the Dockers of 2006 and the Swans of 2003.

Nice mix of experience and youth, a lot of belief, a bonding "us vs them" attitude, good workman-like engine room with some elite tacklers, written off all year as a joke, couple of genuinely handy players at the top end...

What I'm hoping is that like 2003 the Dockers are just a tad shy of ready, as we proved to be when we met the reigning and eventual Premiers in Brisbane.

We Dockers fans are also hoping it will be a nice, contested game with the final score being in our favour. The TS ground will suit our running style and kicking it long down thru the corridor.

Should be an interesting, tight match... for both teams :) similiar to the WCE game a couple weeks back.

We hear that it will be in the high 20s possibly 30 during the day, what is it like at night at around 20:00 where our lads haven't played a game that late before.

May the best team win to go into the GF and win!!

I'm not biased - but I doubt it will be a tight game. Finals experience is a BIG factor when it really matters. Melbourne aren't very good, so not much of a benchmark against an in form Swans.

My prediction is a 55 point win for the Swans (if you're reading this after the game then "I told ya so).

Last time I checked Crows were still in with a shot to beat the Eagles? ;)

Disappointing nicky.

He never said they weren't, he said he wouldn't mind seeing Freo beat Eagles in a GF (if we don't get there ourselves).. remember Freo aren't there either. No one is saying Crows aren't there.
