Points to them for getting there beer in, but I have just had an image of all these blokes in thongs and singlets burying there beer ahead of time...

^^ I read on another forum that the cops went in with sniffer dogs in the lead up to the race and uncovered some of the buried stuff. I assume there was more than just alcohol buried.
