Non-contact for another week but otherwise has a full training load.

ā€œHurls had a shoulder reconstruction and he’s really at the end of his rehabilitation phase. He’s been training essentially fully with the group except for contact,ā€ Rundle said on Tuesday.

ā€œHe’s at the end of his contact progressions now and should be integrating fully with the group within the next week or so.ā€

And back in the leadership group too.

A much more slim built Hurley is definitely noticeable in the latest training video. Is looking fantastic.
Crameri is also looking like he has bulked up some more.
Where is that video?

Holy shit he has lost weight!

Typical Stanton and O'Brien leading the way. Can't help but be excited by N'OB.
Also good to see young Hams, but particularly Melky that high.

dem teardrop quads, stants

Sneaking suspicion Stanton will be the one to benefit most from Goddard......

You gonna tag Watson, Goddard AND Stanton?

No go ahead, please do......

Hopefully can still run through opponents without getting hurt. Would suck going from soft tissue injuries to impact injuries because of the weight loss.

I have to lol. Last season we were happy he bulked up 5 kilo's, now we're happy he's lost that? I think he's lost a little too much, I would prefer him to have lost 2-3 kilos instead

Eth, for crying out loud just shut up, jump up and down and declare we have an absolute superstar on our hands because of one or two photos like the rest of us. Geez....

Photos from today's training still show a pretty strong looking Hurley. Still looks bulky around the shoulders. Big impacts shouldn't knock him around much more than before. Looking fitter than ever.

I forgot Bigfooty wasn't a place for common sense :D

plan could (and probably should) be to trim away all that puppy fat first, followed by a weights training focus leading up to the nab cup.

get him in the gym for 6 weeks starting from that base and he'll come out looking a million bucks

It's his hands that do the work at the end of the day....now he move/jump quicker and destroy even more backman:thumbsu:

I think Hurley is definitely one of the most talented young key forwards going around, Ive heard people criticise his kicking but I've never understood this, he can unleash a bullet!
