How can they use 'the breach clause' when CAS has blamed the players?

Dont worry if you lose Hurley and / or Hooker. Dogs lost Ward, Lake and Griffen, but can work out ok. Doesnt have to be like Carlton.

The team I would love to see win a flag or 2 is the doggies (after Essendon of course).

But if Hurley and colyer went there it would make me feel a little sick.

Won't be invoked at all. AFL will be hesitant to allow it, and the CAS declaration that they are responsible for what went into their bodies would make it very hard to stand

He's the reigning AA CHB, every club in the league would be sniffing around to see how he feels about the prospect of MONEY irrespective of recent unpleasantness or not.

The problem I have is the lack of respect shown by opposition clubs/managers approaching suspended players and encouraging them to leave for a more lucrative offer under unique circumstances - quite disgusting. At least wait until August/September.
