It's a kiwi thing cuzz.
I resent your flippancy here. I'm a kiwi and am not a violent murderer. The article says that they were of islander appearance. Now unless you know that no Torres Strait Islanders, Thursday Islanders etc, live in that area, why go off early and send up Kiwis?

But you are dumb - like a kiwi.

Not sure where I ever implied a link between kiwi's and murderers? You completely missed the joke. Hint: it was about how kiwis call each other "cuzz" and "bro" and the bolded staement that the two girls are cousins. No link whatsoever between kiwis and murderers. Common sense and looks on the other hand........

Sittle down and relex bro.

I know the cop is in hospital, I thought he got shot before he shot the muderer, I stand corrected. He definitely should get a medal, mainly for saving the taxpayers money on a lengthy court case & cost of jailing the mongrel for life, well that's if he got life. He probabey would have said it's because of his abusibe childhood & that he's a drunk/drug addict.

Edit: I know he got killed, was just a hypothetical if he hadn't have died.
In the media,it's reported that the WA police arnt happy with Vic Police because they didnt issue a warning about this bloke because the vic police were waiting on forensic results that would of proved he was the murderer of the sisters.

This guy had been previously convicted of rape in 99 (I think). He had also been convicted of bashing and robbing a blind woman. Ah well, why not let him free to see if he rapes or kills anyone else.

I am glad that he has been shot. He can't be let free now and society is better off.

Very tragic.

But on the side issue.
If a jailed person has completed their sentence, don't we have to set them free?
If he got 4 years and he completed 4 years - how do we keep him in jail?
I don't know of any society with a similar system of justice to ours, that can hold people after they have completed the court determined sentence - do you?

Back on the taxi driver thing.. the way its reported, portraying a lonely old handicapped cab driver who has already been robbed at gunpoint too many times in his life, being bashed to death by two 14 year old ********ing **********.

It makes me sick, and if i had been one of the cops who arrested those two little bitches they would be begging right now for their lives to be ended because they'd be in a lot of pain.

What disturbs me is the decrease of people that are able to FEEL. Empathy, sympathy, whatever.. people are just becoming numb and immune to this sort of stuff, like its no big deal.

The world is a toilet.

I don't either. I guess my gripe is that a person who commits such a violent crime shouldn't be given such a lenient sentence. In my opinion rape is a shocking crime and I can imagine that it takes many women longer than 4 years to overcome the trauma. Why was this bastard given such a short sentence when he commited two violent crimes.

In another side issue, why are you always drawn to threads about the law, crime etc? I had a feeling that you would be the next poster after me. Do you work in the legal field? I write about these sorts of things because I just get so angry when innocent people like these girls suffer at the hands of scum that should not be roaming free. No legal system is perfect but I believe that our system is too lenient.
