2 point penalties

For the finals, if you have had a warning (Essendon, Geelong, Kangaroos atm) and don't post your team or pick unavailable players, instead of the 2 points from the minor round, the penalty will be

1) Forfeit
2) Dropped 2 spots in the draft order

1st strike remains a warning and 3rd a booting
