Pretty happy with that. The return games are almost as good as you could hope for, Perth once, Adelaide once. 9 out of 10 night games through the middle of the season somewhat balanced by 5/6 day to finish off with. Less night game would be nice though

I'm not happy that we play Brissy at the GABBA in round 1. There's a reasonable chance we could be bottom of the ladder at the end of that round.

Seems a balanced draw on first look

Only 5 out of the 11 home games are actually night games and 3 of the 12 night games are interstate

Plus out of the 7 'crossover' games, only 3 are against 2002 finallists

No, to be inelligible you are only inelligible in the season that you receive the suspension. Similarly, both Collingwood guy's suspended last night are elligible for the Brownlow, too.

I agree about there being too many night games.

Although, it does suit me as i'll get to see a few games again next year.

I wonder if it would be too much to ask the AFL to schedule an 'old style' round with all games on the Saturday afternoon?

If they want to acknowledge where the game came from, as they have said they want to, that would be a good start.

I'd even attend that round.

I like this draw actually. I was expecting us to get Port and Crows and West Coast twice and have to go interstate six or seven times

When was the last time we played Melbourne twice?

Should be good; assuming something doesn't happen it should be my first full season here, and my first as a member of the club.
