I will be taking a fit judd at that price. :)

Goodes looks good. With a longer preseason he should be firing from the start

For those prices, i would be prepared to pick up one of Bartel, Corey or most likely Kane Cornes,

Cross and Stanton look interesting, and everyone will have judd if he's fit.

Brock McLean is another who should be looked at for that price.

Dont care how cheap Simon Black is, wont pick him up again!!!!

I dont trust Goodes in the early part of the seaon. He is a good pick-up when trading in a project centre type player (Rodan, Foley, Knights, Priddis).

Im not sold on Judd either. West Coast never give the full story when it comes to their players injuries. He could be suffering from OP. Look at Ball and the struggles he has had over the past few years.

Im planning on getting at least one elite mid who wont need upgrading (Kornes or Bartel), a couple of guns who are underpriced (Cross, Stanton and those types). The rest will be project type players (Swallow, Pearce, Knights).

what do people think of byron schammer at 214? if he has a solid pre season i might just consider him as my 'cheap' midfielder. i remember a couple of years ago he was a solid stats producer

just about the lock of 2008 if he has a full pre-season.

Thats a fair call - I remember Schammer being pretty damn good two years back.

As far as cash cows go, I think any of Masten, Palmer and Cotchin will be good. As far as Hawks go, Muston and Travis Tuck should get some gametime next year.

Judd
M. Murphy
Stevens
Cross
McLean (maybe)
Johnstone are all very tempting.

Kouta doesnt really tempt me not sure about you guys

no one who takes d/t seriously could pass up judd at that price

If Judd's injury is OP he might not have a pre-season...well a good one. OP can take a while to get over, sometimes the player is never the same. He could average 75-85 next year. He might even miss weeks here and there if West Coast are winning matches and they can afford to rest him. I'd be tracking his NAB cup form. Far from a lock at the moment.

Awesome price if he is fit though. :)

Will Browne from Freo ever get fit, he could be a handy buy at 148.
If Nicoski had a solid preseason and nab cup at 188k he seems alright
Same goes for Dean Polo at 220k. The last two could qualify for defenders which would be better.

Excited about Bartram, he looks nearly garanteed a game with Ward, Brown and Godfrey cut from the dees list, however he wont be scoring 100's every week, hopefully he will raise his value up to around 200k and then can be traded

I will also be watching Sherman, Kyle Reimers and Ryan Griffen closely.

Well you could trade Judd in at round 3 if you wanted.

Lock in Hird and Kouta!

I dont no how im going to go about it but ill be thinking about the best team once it opens. Any idea when that is? Do i get an email as soon as it starts if i have signed up this year?
