Dazman - you are never ever, ever allowed to comment about draftees and have a life ban after posting this...

Jarrad Oakley Nicholls = the next Judd
We must have a go at this guy with pick 5. Everything about him spells out J-U-D-D. He is of similar height, about 186 - 187cm, has the same explosive pace with a 1st and 2nd at draft camp for 20m sprint and agility run.

Haven't seen him play so I don't know his ball winning ability and skill level but he must be alright to get an invite to draft camp.

I'm sorry to tell you, but you are not an astute judge...FAIL

I enjoyed Dazman's post greatly and I think that it could be helpful to many people. Perhaps you should consider that the post quoted is more than 4 years old.

Posting in red and bold does not make your point any better or more convincing.

Have a nice day.

Can we please put this thread back on track and start providing information that will help me win? Thanks. :thumbsu:

I'd keep an eye on Sydney's list this year. They have a few second / third year players who should debut as well as impressive mature agers in Dennis-Lane and Jetta.

Another pick-up for the swannies was a young Irish deffender by the name of Tahg Kennely. Not sure how much he'll cost but you'd back him to pick up where he left off..

As for Freo, I've seen a couple people mention rookies in Barlow and Silvangi. Just beware that DeBoer and Pearce are probably ahead of them in line for a promotion off the rookie list. That said, Silvagni may get games if we have any LTI in the backline.

Roos quick on Cunnington injury

NORTH Melbourne has praised its beefed-up medical team for the early discovery of a ``hot spot'' in Ben Cunnington's right foot.

The No. 5 pick in last year's draft was put on crutches yesterday and faces two to four weeks off the track.

Scans yesterday confirmed the club had caught a potentially serious injury, such as a stress fracture, in its infancy.

Roos chief of football Donald McDonald said Cunnington rated the toughest under-18 footballer in the country in the lead-up to last year's draft, could be running in two weeks.

"We're fortunate that as a result of our new medical and conditioning structure that we've been able to pick this injury up in its early stages,'' McDonald said. "We're confident he'll be ready for the start of the season.''
