Sounds like Alex Premat is still in a bad way after his heat stroke in race 1

His replacement Scott McLaughlin was ok if you take out the wheel spin in the pits which is a shit rule if you ask me.
The young guy got told 2 hours before the race that he would have his 3rd V8 race after taking out this years Dunlop Series.

Good call by Gary Rogers, give the Kid a break in with the big boys and he grabed it with both hands. Kept out of trouble, had good car speed only real mistake was the pit lane infringment (Development series don't do pit stops).

With Whincup naming his car. A lot of drivers over the years have named their cars for different reasons, to each their own.

Just saw on the news FPR boss (Tim Edwards) is calling for Lowndes to be disqualified for race fixing, Because Whincup gave him first run at the pitstop in the second race as part of "team orders". He has a very short memory. Just last round Davison made it very easy for Winterbottom to pass him at a critical point of the race under "team orders".
