He will cost 405k, and will go to the team who offers the best draft pick. You need enough space in your salary cap to pay for him, minus the cost of the draft pick you're giving up, i.e. 290k if you're giving up a first rounder, 315k for a second rounder, 326k for anything later than that. If you don't have that space you cannot bid, if you do you can make one bid only. You are allowed to use any of your picks, even if that only leaves you with two.
The successful bidder will be able to extend the contract from a one year deal to 405/2, 534/3, 702/4 or 908/5 prior to 6pm Thursday.
