Reliability is one of the main reasons people started with or traded in Sloane. Up until his injury earlier in the season he had missed a total of 2 games in the previous 3 seasons. As for SC consistency, he scored 100+ from 19/22 games in 2014 and started 2015 with 2 more. Granted, he did have a couple of sub-par games before being injured. He's had a lot of bad luck this season, but I fail to see how you, him or anyone else could have seen it coming.
Exactly, he was the CLEAR replacement for GAJ for those of us unfortunate enough to choose to start with him, and trading him in again at $480K was by far the easiest decision to make (not for me, I actually held him the whole time). Anyone who says otherwise is talking pure unadulterated dribbled shit.

Belting out scores of 53, 59, 69, 70, 75, 77 and 81. We have very different definitions of "fantastic".

Hopefully his new role will mean he cracks 100 with more regularity, but if I had my time over there's no way known I'd go with him
Has scored more for my team than Sloane, Rockliff, Bartel, GAJ and J Martin. Fantastic to be outscoring those Premos and saving me trades.

dont understand all the people lining up to take shots at Plugger35
sure he might have said something a little dumb to begin with (not uncommon in these parts) but the response has been OTT

reminds me of this

People are hurting man, another premium injured, another trade needed to replace him, it's a tough time for the SC collective.

Plugger35, just on the Sloane debate, 35 of the top 50 ranked teams have him at the moment.

(also 26 Franklin, 7 Stef Martin, 2 Docherty - was analysing for players expected to miss this week)

Well I have Franklin and Docherty but hopefully have enough depth to cover for them until they return.

Avoiding JPK and Hanners this week because I thought I already had too many swans

Hanneberry was in until 10 minutes before lockout when I reversed trades

No but from his shit form earlier this season when I had him it was clear that he wasn't the most reliable premo mid going around.

I'm surprised people thought he was worth hanging on to or worth trading in again, trading him in initially has been my biggest blunder so far this year.
Very unreliable. Sloane is a spud of the highest order. I agree, trading him in was absolutely stupid. Anyone that did clearly looked at his stats. They may have even been blinded by the last three seasons where he hasn't missed a game. Rookie mistake. Good SC players never do that. Gut trades only if you've got any sort of clue.

That'd be that shit form where he got knocked out 2 or 3 games in a row wouldn't it? Yeah, what a campaigner getting knocked out

starting with that fat pig Hibberd
same, although i traded him out weeks ago i still hate myself for taking him over Shaw.

Players that have been injured the week i traded them in
Rocky (twice)
Sloane
McLean

screw you guys

Houli over Rance few weeks back.

Boomer starting sub this week bloody hell hope that was a one off.

Cant imagine Boomer will be sub again, came on a managed 11 touches in about his first 20 min. Great impact player, but doesn't exactly struggle to run out a game. Has been down by his own standards this year, so maybe they just started him as sub to put a rocket up his ass.
