2015 Which player do I start on field?

Will probably start one of Vandenberg or Miller.

Also got CEY, Heeney and Nelson for 2 spots. Really like CEY so that's 1 spot.

Rule I use for myself in deciding what rookies to field... If they play early, and aren't the sub, play them. CEY, Heeney and Nelson could all potentially be the sub. We KNOW Vandenberg isn't, so why not just field him?

Too many got screwed on Friday night playing Saad on the ground instead of McIntosh trying to complicate things and not go with someone who will play atleast a half barring injury.

That was the exact logic I used for playing McIntosh on thursday. Granted there were far less rookies available in defense vs midfield.

What's the rationale behind Heeney with the wet? I'm deciding between Vandenberg and Heeney. Heeney vs the bigger bodies in the wet worried me out of him.

Based on my limited reading Heeney can act as both an inside contested ball mid and an outside flashy mid. If that mail is right he should play well in the wet, the scoring system generally works towards the midfielders under wet conditions.
