Once you eventually find it.... You realize that none of them have watched an u18 game or anything remotely like it. Probably why we never see any questions on the draft threads from Tiger fans.

what was interesting was a fee phantom drafters & I think that knightmare was the first; that they would take Daniel Rioli & the year before he got it right with Corey Ellis

Reports that Adam Saad may want out of GCS interest me, he's one I'd love to add to our list. Would mean we wouldn't have to worry about adding another running defender in the draft at all. Would then just go for more forwards as depth, maybe a ruck, not take too many picks and see how we go with crameri back next year.

They drafted for their teams perceived needs.... Both not rated that highly but fitted what they thought they wanted.
(Also their recruiter was too open in his interest.)

GWS has: pies & geel 1sts + adel 2.
Dogs have got Carlton & syd 4ths.

Our late picks added together as of now would only give us about a 6 pick upgrade from the start of the fourth round into the third points wise imo.

How do we get our third rounder back from Carlton? Do we have to take LJizz back or something?

Our late picks added together as of now would only give us about a 6 pick upgrade from the start of the fourth round into the third points wise imo.

Right now we've got 223 (EDIT: 286) points in value in the 4th round, that's enough to upgrade our current 2nd 7-8 places or our current 1st 3 places. Nothing to sneeze at. Throw in a player like Hrovat and we could do some serious moving.

How about this?

4th + 4th(Carl) + 4th(Syd) + 2nd + Hrovat ---> GWS
1st(Geel) ---> WB

Currently only rates Hrovat as pick 57, but that doesn't take into account that they'll only do it for a points gain, and the 1st from Geelong will probably move up from where it is now (can't see them finishing second).

We'd end up with two late first round picks.
