If we get Hurley, would it be worth trading next years first rounder instead of this years so we could potentially get him?

Next year's will hopefully be a lower pick, but the draft looks like a particularly strong one and full of talls. I wouldn't be trading anything from next year if possible.

Kerr & Battle between the end of first round and the middle of 2nd round.

Marshall still top 10.

Sam McLarty is going under the radar but is more of a swingman defender. Could see him getting some attention around late second to late in the draft.

Larkey and Lewis will be around mid third to about fourth round or rookies.

Venables or Taranto are who I want of the possibles. Out of interest of the real top picks (let's say Brodie, McCluggage, SPS, McGrath, Ainsworth and Marshall), who do you think has the most likelyhood of possibly slipping down a bit? Even if it's a very slim chance.

I'm still keen & hoping if we aren't chasing anyone else that we look at upgrading our picks or looking for another way to land some additional picks in the first two rounds.
Players names don't really fuss me but with Dalrymples strike rate I'll back him with the more earlier picks that he has.

Yeh Logue could possibly lose some size in order to increase his mobility

Imo he has good speed and athetic ability now, the weight is because he use to do rowing same goes with why Lloyd Meek. They'd both have very good upper body strength compared to other draftees.

He's not overage though is he? Have there been many, if any, bottom age key defenders that have come in and played well straight away (that weren't number one draft picks)? Seems like a lot to expect.

Could be an old measurement, those sites are rarely updated. I'll admit I can't find a primary source that says he's 193 but everyone seems to list him as such. And he played CHB for WA (and I believe was AA in that position?).
