When I first posted the above the crows were in trouble and Jenkins had just been taken out.

I've still got Port in the Showdown. Will be interesting vs Freo tomorrow.

But was the win against Sydney one of just a few good games that we'll have for the year, or will it be the Power's new norm?...

Apparently been sick and missed training, might not be 100% either if he plays. Scored 85 last week with 4 goals which I don't think he'll get. Poor DT record against the Hawks, last 3 scores against them have been 39 twice in 2015 and a 57 last year.

few goals got me a little nervous, but gets under by 8 points.

Might be an interesting game. Potential letdown from Brisbane after a fantastic win, but you could say the same about Essendon after the massive build up to their first game back with returning players. Not sure if we might see a honeymoon period with Fagan that might see some quality early season performances. I'm going to hedge both teams with the various promo's and hope for a close game.

This will be a really interesting game. If GC don't come out ferociously in the 1st quarter then Rocket might need to be checking Seek. I think it will be a massive grudge match as well with alot of ill feeling on both sides over O'Meara. I expect them to try and get into him physically although the entire GC team looks pretty soft. They tagged Scully so I expect O'Meara to cop a tag. Wi;l be looking at O'Meara disposal unders and when odds blow out GC to win the 1st quarter.

Got on StK -22.5 vs Brisbane at Etihad next week. Considering the results coming out now looks good.

Agreed will be interesting and it being a home game for GC makes it more of a toss up than it would otherwise be.

But Hawks showed a lot of good vs the Crows IMO so should just be too classy.

Don't mind GWS to win and Cameron over 1.5 goals @ 2.50 with Unibet.

I'll be checking all of their Unibest price promo's next week for sure. I'm not sure who they target them with, but I got a 50% profit boost for half my bet which didn't hurt. I'm kicking myself that I didn't put on an extra unit. GWS were near guaranteed to win and Cameron for 2 goals at Bet365 was paying $1.30.

I'd be wary taking the shorts with GWS. I'm reviewing that game now and their body language was horrendous. I'm not sure if there's an issue with the playing group or they were just expecting to turn up and win, but it was a bad look. Main one was Devon kicked a goal in the third to get within two goals and you could be forgiven for thinking they were at a funeral.

It happened again later in the quarter (Smith again) when they were 30pts down but it was right near 3/4 time and could have been important. I'm sure they will blow GC away at home as they are good front runners but I'd be leaving them out of everything for a few weeks until I see more positive signs.

They looked like a team of individuals rather than a Premiership threat. Adelaide were very very good.
