Inside mid depth was a big issue for us this season.

Now all of a sudden we have Neale, Lyons, Smith, Joyce, McFadyen.

Would trust KM, and any of the keen draft watchers who go to games live over SM's opinion IMO. Anyone can watch Youtube highlights and come off as an 'expert'. Been to a few QLD games and McFadyn has been impressive in most of them. He really reminds me of the hyrbid tall midfielder, big and strong ball-winner who is also capable of taking a mark closer to goal. Looking forward to seeing how he develops with us.

There is a reason why McFadyn is rated higher than Berry, and it's not just because of Berry's injury. Posters are romanticized by the brotherhood connection between Berry and Berry Jr., but club list management also assess our list needs & profile before making decisions on draft. A small part of me does want Berry to get drafted by us, but not at the expense of another talented kid (who is rated internally much higher by the club and can improve our demographic)

Bit confused that we have addressed all our inside midfield needs, but not at all looking at a half back option with pace. Unless we have earmarked Bailey/someone else for that role?
