great another pre-season of getting our hopes up before he does a calf sometime in February.
Considering what the media have already attributed to Peter in relation to Harley’s position on our list, it seems odd he would be so effusive about Harley.

Thank god. Should go up another level now he doesn't have to counteract that thing.Massive News: Fyfe's got rid of the bun.

I hope the training watchers can find some shade and stay hydrated! We need them to hold up for all of us!I look forward to the training reports Friday, it’s going to be hot so it’ll be interesting to hear how their endurance and skills hold up.

They tried to cover it up (with a Coco & Boho cap) but he lost it in a helicopter accident.Funny enough I heard that it was going after the season but didn't think for a moment that it had anything to do with his brand requirements!!

get to the groove.
Griff’s got moves.
I was standing next to Sean in the Virgin Lounge at Melbourne airport a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by how trim he looks ...Are you taking the piss? Sean Darcy has lost a ton of weight since joining the club and got stronger at the same time. Actually met him and Sandy at a school footy clinic and Sandy described Sean as one of the hardest workers he has come across for such a young player while introducing him to a group of school kids.
The ridiculous Darcy point aside. Id love to know how Harley could be considered one of the hardest trainer at the club? He hasnt even joined in any of the torterous running, that occur at the end of session in the extreme heat during the hot few months before the season going by the last three years of training reports. Maintaining your body is far from exactly training hard considering the fitness resources and dieticians at his disposal. He has one of Australia's most high tech gyms with heaps of equipment that allows participants to build fitness wiithout putting weight on the leg as well. Look at Logue (there are plenty of others in the squad) as an example of someone with a better work rate then Harley. He improved his endurance while being out injured for most of the year. If Harley's doing well by staying in shape then how well must he be going by improving his distance running.
Im still hopeful that Harley can return to full strength before his contract is up, but it is pretty ridiculous to expect a quick fix. Coming back a week and a bit early certainly couldnt have hurt his chances of a successful return to afl football in 2019.
Croatian genes must be pretty strong. You could convince me he was 100% Croatian. Not true. I asked him once, and he said his great-grandfather was Croatian. So 1/8. Enough of a genetic make-up to make him prone to building up arse and thighs. But whatevs, I'm not going to get into a keyboard fight over the words the guy said himself.
Selling neck ties.Ok, fair enough. But what on earth a Croat was doing in Scotland in the 1850s is beyond me...

Darcy getting some definition now (i.e. losing fat) and Cerra developing some guns.
I've also never seen a photo of North smiling.

Reckon you could still make a bun out of this
ummm. I've been weight training for over 20y now and even when I was young and lifting a lot inc. 120 on the bench, I wasn't using the 42.5kg dumbells that Logue is pushing in that photo. That kid is already a serious beast and is only going to get stronger over the next few years or so. Wouldn't want to be a third tall forward lining up on him. Might snap McCarthy in match simulations at training.http://www.fremantlefc.com.au/news/2018-11-15/gallery-thursdays-gym-session

Needs to learn the Dusty don’t argue and he could kill it in the midfield with that sort of strength!ummm. They look a fair bit bigger than 20kg dumbbells. What if it is lbs, not kgs?
Has anyone actually spotted McCarthy recently? Logue may have already eaten him.Could Logue actually take that third forward spot off McCarthy? Serious role for him. Very handy to have.
HF: Logue, Tabs, Walters
FF: Ballas, Hogan, Lobb
Thats some serious firepower.
