Nah, Finland were 2-1 then got score against in the last ten minutes or so, and as for Malta, well, when you bet on huge underdogs, sometimes you get what you deserve

Albania has recently drawn / lost to teams as lowly ranked as Andorra.

Germany with some recent corona troubles, might upset their balance.
