Get a key forward and a centre man who can actually get the ball out of the middle. Get rid of players who are over 30 except for pendles.

We have 4 years to rebuild this club bucks as next year and if we are going bad next year bucks must be moved on we will not get Collingwood to their next premiership. Need to get someone from outside Collingwood who has won premierships to get Collingwood’s next premiership.

Forget about bringing in gun players. Sure they would fix some of our issues.
But we have no first round pick in this draft & not much value to trade out.
Both Hill & Papley would require a first round pick each I would think. We don’t have trade currency.
The Beams deal will hurt us most in this draft.

Delist- Broomhead, Crocker, Murray, Wills

Varcoe, Mayne and Greenwood get another year as depth and realistically we can't delist more than 8 players, especially now that we've traded out our first rounder. But they need to be phased out of the best 22 next year.

Madgen stays for one more year given our laughably thin KPP depth.

KPP and run and carry players the target for the draft/ trade period.

Supposedly Steele loves playing for the Pies, isn't money hungry and signs whatever contract they put in front of him. So in terms of salary cap, whatever you trade in for him probably will be miles below the level of Steele Sidebottom.

Good point.

Although another alternative is that he could fetch us some very high draft picks.
