I’d as a viewer like to watch a whole heap of these trades not happen and players forced to stay where they are.

Agree with you but bigger picture we got cap for next year and with the list cuts there wasn’t any big moves besides Carlton and Geelong.

Now to trade up to pick 2 and get McDonald

Would never accuse Dew of being a hot head or lack of empathy.

His issue appears to be that he doesn't like confrontation, which isn't the worst character trait.

Bucks on the other hand would welcome confrontation.

I think Dimma is very positive and empathetic.

Depends how you define strong leadership...I'm not a big fan of Trump style leadership
