when do Auckland start copping penalties ?? No team for weeks now Marklar_33 you still with us?

Marklar_33 did get in touch with me a few weeks back to say there will be some difficulties in selecting a team over the next month or so. Not sure if the situation has changed since then.

In terms of penalties, at the moment the main penalty is having the same team selected week in, week out.

Penalty points I won't really apply unless someone is blatantly trying to tank or select a mass number of players out of position. i.e not competing within the spirit of the rules.
