Discussion 2021 Fixture Changes , including Byes

lol in my head only Richmond's bye was pushed back a week.

West Coast are basically irrelevant for SC.

They could be doing a "reset" soon though, so hopefully a few rookies in the next few years.

I still reckon it's dumb that they gave us extra trades instead of just lowering the counted scores for round 14. Most have kept an eye on the byes with their recent upgrades to try get a balanced number, now it's cooked. What exactly does extra trades fix? Isn't everybody very close to completing their sides? So do we just sideways trade our round 14 bye premos now?

How are people thinking of using the 2 extra trades? Just use them to improve your round 14 bye? Cop a bad score in round 14 on the chin and hold the trades for late season carnage?

I'm thinking about just fixing my round 14 bye:
-rookie sideways FMacrae to a playing rookie
-premo sideways Short/Maynard/Brayshaw/Heeney to a playing premo

The two extra trades help me fix the injury to McGrath, and use that trade to go McGrath to Jelly .....this helping my R14 Bye

So I totally missed that as well getting two extra trades, they're also letting us do four trades the next two weeks instead of the customary three during the byes.

Grundy could be on the trade table as well, very worried he'll be given extra weeks off (see what they say in our injury report on Mond or Tues)

Ah right. I have 12 trades in-hand and only one rookie left on-field in Poulter at F6 and will have CCJ at F7 who I plan to wax for that F6 spot with Poulter until one of Danger/Marshall drops in price and both those 2 rookies (or Reeves) are 320k+ which will probably be Rd15-16 so in the meantime I plan on doing other on-field improvements (aka sideways upgrades) Players like Short, May, Impey, Heppell...whoever is out of form > in-form premo's.

I have, I think, 10 (yes, ten) Rnd 14 players available pre-Rnd 13 trades.

SC gods, I need a bottom price Hawks rookie who will play straight away and score. Make it so.

Helps me. Rd13 was going to be my worst so gives me an advantage in Rd14

2 trades for me = roughie Grundy out and in. Out finishes my mid earlier and gets me an extra premo in rd14

Similar situation except R12 was always going to be my worst but I managed 1959 so now R13 I will have 23 playing and 18 in R14 at the moment. Upgrade Time
