Whatever happens, I really hope they don’t flood the game with extra trades. People in my leagues have been very reckless with sideways trades and risky picks and it’s only going to bail them out.
I'm pretty well placed as well, but ****, we're in the middle of a global pandemic with teams leaving home for weeks with 3 hours notice and the possibility of fixture changes with a few days notice. If teams suddenly have a Bye, or we move in to a footy frenzy again and they give more trades, so be it. In a time of massive upheaval and with half the country in lockdown and unable to leave their homes, I'd rather people have something to focus on and be engaged and interested in SuperCoach and AFL. There's bigger things happening right now.

Absolutely, as long as it’s proportionate to the situation. I don’t envy them having to make these decisions, but I think 37 trades for 17 rounds last year was too many. Ideally, they keep things as fair as they can and still maintain as much integrity, accountability and strategy as possible. Difficult balancing act, I know.

This is way to logical and objective for BF haha

The voice on my right shoulder agrees. The campaigner on my left shoulder is screaming himself blue in the face asking for more trades

As long as they give fair reasoning then I'm ok. Will be impossible to come up with a perfect solution

There goes our home ground advantage it was our fortress last year.....
What about me .....my plans around Nic Nat was him having 5 from 9 games at Optus Stadium ...that advantage has gone now

That said, Marvel will suit Touk Touk

It's the closest Freo have gotten to us in years :moustache:

SA to go into lockdown today as well apparently.

Leaves just Vic/Tas/Act open as normal.

Hard to imagine they're not being significant fixture changes/even condensing games like last year.

We're getting moreeeee trades.

Why are we going into lockdown?

Is it to protect all the pubs from me

Unless something has changed this morning why would we go into lockdown?

That being said, an immediate lock down for the next 2 days so I don't have to go to work would be super as long as it finishes by Saturday.

SBS reporting it might be happening, which is why I said apparently as it's not totally confirmed yet/could be bs.

Would imagine it would put the Adelaide/Brisbane game in doubt depending on how long it's for and whether or not Adelaide could potentially get to Melb.

This time next year if someone goes to the shops without a mask on theyll lock the whole state down just in case.
