Correct on both accounts, assuming neither player is picked up in the upcoming AFL National, Pre-season or rookie draft.

Please confirm you wish to delist Josh Walker at 75% contract value = 75% x $260,000 x 2 years = $390,000

Please confirm you wish to delist Garrett McDonagh at 0% contract value = 0% x $95,000 x 1 year = $0

West Coast confirm delisting Josh Walker & Garrett McDonagh as above

Am I able to do anything about Castagna's sudden retirement at this time of year?

Triple-flag Tiger in shock retirement, 17 days from R1 - Triple-flag Tiger in shock retirement, 17 days from R1
Here's the rule relating to it:

11) You have until the first bounce of the AFL pre-season games to delist any players in order to get an extra Supplementary Selection Draft pick.

Now, the above is pretty ambiguous around what classifies as an "AFL Pre-season Game" and it needs updating for clarity, but the intention was this would be for official AFL Pre-Season matches. The games played over the weekend were not 'official' AFL Pre-season matches and therefore you can delist apply and delist Castagna at 0% and get a pick in the SSD.

This would slot in at pick 2 in the draft as Gippsland Sharks finished higher on the ladder than Gold Coast Devils.
