Seriously, is there a reason other than the coaches haven’t rated his year (which I’d agree with) why he’s not on there?

It doesn't make a lot of sense. He'd played 12/13 games by end of round 14, missed one with a calf. Misses a few more after that as well. You'd think just by playing he'd be in the top 20 or so, given if you don't play you don't get votes.

That said, Redman and Wright are currently averaging 10/25 votes per game after 17 games (round 18), which doesn't seem particularly high. Merrett averaged 19/30 votes last year to win it.

Whereas this year it seems like no one was getting anything near full votes most weeks.

Harsh marking perhaps.

I tried to get screenshots of the first couple of counts that came up and I missed it so I gave up after that... the twitter account (and The Prosecutor) only got 14 and 18.

So possibly Parish got the Perkins treatment
