Smith had 37 pars over the 72 holes, Scheffler 43. That was the problem with Smith's Masters it was too wild a tournament. Yes he's an attacking golfer but the signs were there from Round 1 and it continued throughout the next three days.

My worst masters memory was when Norman lost to Faldo when leading into the last round by six shots. I used to love Norman (make excuses for him when he got beaten ) but that day he put a dagger through my heart biggest choke I’ve ever seen.l never will forgive him

My prediction for tomorrow smith to hit 68 Scheffler to have 71 playoff anyone’s guess .for the first time Scheffler will have pressure on him as Smith will put pressure on him by making early birdies hopefully the yank will crack.

He chipped the ball into the slope to take some juice off the ball. As a result, the ball slows a touch resulting in the ball coming down more gently onto the green. aker the slope takes the pace off. It was traveling at speed and had NO right to go in. But it hit the flag and dropped at velocity.
