Train the way you play.

Nothing good happens quickly in footy - but what is a certain fact of elite sport is your on field is a direct representation of the preparation. Cumulative 'deeper' team prep and more short term individual prep.

Simply a reflection of dogshit training standards, players happy to take it easy and coaches happy to empower their players to shitness.

No hiding that the 'gameplan' is bad but we shouldn't even be at game plan. This club needs hard and fast constant skills and toughness sessions and team building. Not have a coffee together team building. Running hill sprints till you throw up together team building.


Averaging less points a game than first year gws and gold coast. Something that bad isn't just the list. Or just the coach. It's the whole rotten thing.

Let's be honest, the club is beyond stuffed. We are another decade away from anything. We are beyond rubbish, crap. We deserve all the insults and ridicule that comes our way. Honestly, we are probably the most unprofessional football club in the AFL by a light year.
